For years, Sue has volunteered within the Norfolk community and worked on an S.O.S bus in Norwich that offers support to the over-stretched emergency services and literally saves lives. As a result Sue has little time for herself and so most of the plans she's had for decorating her own house have been put on the back burner. Now the people who have been helped by Sue have a way to show how grateful they are, by secretly making over her home. But will they complete the incredible transformation before she returns home?
